UMD STORES IS TEMPORARILY CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC

Our physical locations are temporarily closed to the public effective March 18, 2020 until further notice, but you can still visit us online at umdstores.com.

We remain committed to providing our "above and beyond" customer service as best we can in these current circumstances. Our mission to provide quality products and service to students, faculty, staff, and our community continues during this period of reduced operations. Our staff is working behind the scenes and remotely to fill online orders, assist with course support, and provide virtual customer service at umdstores.com.

We will post more information to this page as it becomes known. Thank you in advance for your patience.

ONLINE SERVICE

We are still accepting online orders at this time. Many of our products are available on our website, but if you need something you don't see, please send us an email using our "Contact Us" page, http://umdstores.com/Contact

Due to reduced staff and services, please allow additional time for online order processing and shipping via UPS-Ground.

We are temporarily suspending UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, and Alaska/Hawaii/Canada shipping options. If you are a UMD faculty or staff member and need to pick up an order, please contact us to make arrangements.

COURSE SUPPORT AND TEXTBOOKS

As online instruction continues through the semester, we are working remotely to help provide the materials you need to complete the semester. Our staff is working with the faculty and publishers to ensure you have access to the materials you need to continue your studies.

We are currently working on a plan for textbook rental returns; additional communication will follow as we finalize our plans in the coming weeks.
