AppleCare+ provides up to 3 years (from Mac purchase date) of expert technical support and hardware service coverage. It adds up to two (2) incidents of accidental damage coverage, each subject to a service fee of $99 (for screen damage or external enclosure damage) or $299 for other damage.

• Mail-in repair for portable computers, onsite repair for desktop computers
• Provides repair coverage, including parts and labor, from Apple-authorized technicians
