Important Information for ALL Course Material Orders

Online Reservation Orders

  • Online reservation is available before the start of each semester, until the cutoff date. Online ordering is available again at the beginning of the semester. You must be registered for classes. Save the shipping fees and reserve your materials for the semester, and pick up during Move-In Weekend (Fall) or the day before classes start (Spring)
  • You can place an online reservation order with any major credit card, or with your U Card (charge to your student account.) We fill orders in the order that they are received, and charge out the week before the semester starts.
  • Prefer to shop in-store? Course materials, art kits and laptops can be purchased in-store prior to, and during the current semester until the cutoff date. (Some materials are returned to the publishers at that time.) Fall materials are on the shelf in early August; Spring materials in December.

UPS-Ground Shipped Orders

  • All course materials orders have a flat shipping rate of $9.99.
  • Currently enrolled students can charge orders to their tuition account using their U Card. Purchases MUST be picked up IN-STORE only. No U Card orders will be shipped.
  • Orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or campus residence hall (dorm/apt) addresses.
