Online Order Processing Time

Online orders are processed Monday - Friday during store hours.

Please allow 1-2 business days for online orders to be processed before they are ready to ship or be picked up (in-stock items). During the holidays and other high-volume order periods, please allow additional time.

You will receive an email when your order has been processed and is ready to ship or be picked up. When your order has shipped via UPS, you will receive a second email with tracking information.

Orders that contain backordered items, special order items, or items that are temporarily out of stock in-store, etc. may take longer to process. Orders do not typically ship until they are complete.

Textbook reservations are processed at specific times before the start of each semester. Please see our Order Textbooks Page for more information about expected shipping dates.

Shipping Methods & Rates

UPS-Ground is our primary shipping method. Tracking information is provided via email after the order ships.

UPS-Ground cannot ship to PO Boxes. If your shipping address is a PO Box, you will be contacted via email and asked to provide a physical address. Please note that this may delay your order.

US Postal Service (USPS) is used for gift cards and orders shipping to APO/FPO address. Please allow extra time for delivery. Tracking information is not supplied for orders shipping via USPS.

UPS-Ground

• $9.99 flat fee for orders LESS than $99.00 after all discounts*
  • *Excludes course materials orders (textbooks, access codes, art kits, etc.), computers, diploma frames, and orders shipped outside the contiguous U.S. (lower 48 states)
• FREE shipping for orders OVER $99.00*

• Textbook/course materials orders: $9.99 flat fee for orders containing textbooks, access codes, art kits, etc.

  • This shipping method requires a signature for delivery.
• Diploma frame: $22.95 flat fee
• Some frames are drop-shipped directly from the supplier. Please allow 2-4 weeks for frames that are drop-shipped.

UPS 2nd Day Air

• $24.99 flat fee
• Available for most zip codes in the continental U.S.
• Items will be delivered within 2 business days from when the order is processed.
• Sorry, not available for course materials (textbooks, access codes, art kits, etc.), laptop computers, diploma frames, and orders shipped outside the contiguous 48 US States.

UPS Next Day Air

• 29.99 flat fee
• Available for most zip codes in the continental U.S.
• Items will be delivered the next day after the order is processed. Saturday delivery is not available in some areas.
• Sorry, not available for course materials (textbooks, access codes, art kits, etc.), laptop computers, diploma frames, and orders shipped outside the contiguous 48 US States.

UPS - Alaska/Hawaii

• $29.99 flat fee
  • Please allow extra time for delivery.

UPS - Canada

• $29.99 flat fee
• Duty is collected at the time of delivery.
• Please allow extra time for delivery.

US Postal Service (USPS):

• Gift Cards: FREE
• Gift cards ship via US Postal Service. Select UPS-Ground at checkout. The shipping method and charges will be adjusted by the store.
• Please allow additional time for delivery depending on destination address.
• APO/FPO orders: rates vary
• You will be contacted and asked to confirm the shipping amount before your order is charged and shipped.
• Please allow extra time for processing and delivery.

International Shipping

• For orders shipping to countries other than Canada, the store will contact you to determine shipping options and costs. Please allow extra time for processing and delivery.

Estimated UPS-Ground Delivery Times

Orders are shipped Monday - Friday only. Online orders typically take 1-2 business days to process (in-stock items), and ship 1-2 business days after they are filled. Please factor this additional processing time (2-4 business days) in addition to estimated delivery times provided below.

Due to weather and other conditions outside our control, we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date. Please allow extra time for delivery during holidays and other high-volume ordering periods.

Most orders shipping to Minnesota addresses are delivered within 1-2 days after they are shipped. This is an estimate and is not guaranteed.
